Makenna lost 2 teeth!!!

For the past little while, Makenna has had a loose tooth, and you could see a new tooth growing behind it. We wiggled it and played with it, but nothing has been happening. When we would look at the tooth, it just didn't look like it was being pushed out by the new tooth. So today, we went into the dentist to have him look at it, they took X-rays, and he agreed that it was going to take a while to get it out on its own, and he thought that the one next to it was having the same problem.
He said that he thought we should probably have him pull both of them out. So they numbed her and pulled out the two teeth. When he showed them to me, he said it was a good thing that we pulled them, because the roots on them were so long and they just weren't breaking on their own.
Now my 5 1/2 year old has now lost teeth!!! She is so excited, she has been wanting this for so long! So tonight the Tooth Fairy comes, and she is really excited about that as well!! Here are some pics!!

Here are her teeth. The roots on them seem to be pretty long to me, is that normal?
