September...

 

Drew got some little golf clubs... so cute!

My sweet girl Hannah turned 7!!! Crazy! This little girl makes me laugh and makes me crazy, but she is so sweet and makes me so happy!

 Hannah had a cupcake party at "The Chocolate" cafe in West Jordan. So Yummy!

Oh..my..heck.... this girl has decided she is too old to "play", and is now "hanging out!" Oh my.. I am not old enough for this!

I've never had a baby that has a special blanket, but of course I do now with my boy! He absolutely LOVES this blanket more than anything!

One last trip to the lake! We let Hannah take her friend Sienna. We had lots of fun this summer on the boat! Can't wait for next year!!!

With Hannah's birthday in September, their school has a special "birthday table" set up and the cow from Chick-fil-A comes and brings them a special prize. I went and ate with her to celebrate her special month!!

I went to the RS Broadcast with my mom and sisters, and Matt, the brave soul he is, took all the kids up Butterfield canyon and took some adorable pics and sent them to me! Love this man! Love these kids!!!

August....

Alexa started off August with starting Kindergarten!!

 

We took the boat out for a bit with my mom and dad and sister!

We went to the petting zoo at the county fair with my mom and sisters....

Sophie didn't like the animals so much... haha!

My AMAZING sister Stefanie gave birth to her sweet little boy Walker. I watched to whole thing. Ive never seen a "normal" birth before since mine were all C-Sections. She was so good. She did the whole thing all natural with NOTHING for the pain. What an amazing experience to be there and see my new nephew come into this world....

We headed for a little VACA with our friends the Dabo's. We had such a good time! Loved being on the lake with these guys! We've decided to make this an every other year tradition with our families!

We headed to Snowbird for our yearly family tradition with my entire family! Makenna and Hannah both won Musical Chairs for their age group! I was so proud of them. They won a ticket to go on the perivian chair lift. So my dad bought himself a ticket and took the two girls up and spent some time with them. They loved it.



While at snowbird we went to the Snowbird center and grabbed some icecream with my dad! 

Snowbird was an, ummm interesting year this year, but the kids always enjoy it!!

JULY

July....

The kids all had fun in the sun!!

 

We went to the Riverton Park to watch the fireworks with our friends, The Blackwells....



Happy 4th of July....

Took a trip to the zoo with my sisters and all the kids....

We went to Glenns Ferry in Idaho and went camping. We met up with my sister Becca and her kids from Idaho! They had lots of fun with their cousins...

 

After Glenns Ferry, Makenna and Hannah went back to Idaho with their cousins and stayed for a week. So I had lots of time with Alexa, and we got some ICECREAM.... Mmmm!!

Makenna started 4th grade!! Oh my Gosh!!!

Hannah started 1st grade!!!

For Matt's and my anniversary, we went and saw WICKED!! So awesome! I absolutely loved it! Then after the show we went and stayed at the Grand America Hotel downtown! Let me tell you, it was GRAND!!

And to end off the month... this sweet little girl had a birthday!! She turned 5 years old and got her ears pierced! She was so brave and didnt even cry... even though on her right ear, we had to take out the piercing and redo it because it was off centered. So she had to get that ear pierced twice! Such a brave sweet 5 year old girl!! LOVE HER!!!

Our summer of fun has begun!

Here we go....

I think it is every mom's dream when she has a little girl and can't wait for the piggy's that she gets to do in that little girls hair! I was the same way 9 years ago. Then I had another girl and another... now this 4th little girl, I was almost excited that she had never had enough hair to put into piggy's, because that is just one more set of hair for me to do!

Now I am not the kind of mom to let my kids go out without their hair done, so when this little babe didn't have much hair and I could just throw a headband on that cute little head of hers and call it good. That was great... well, here we go.... She has more hair and I did finally get it up into the cutest little piggy, I've ever seen! So I guess that means that I am one LUCKY(?) mama to get to do 4 beautiful girls hair :)

She thought she looked pretty darn cute too, so she decided to give herself some kisses!

No more training wheels!

I can not believe how fast this little one of mine is growing up. I look back to when I first started blogging and she was only 6 months old, now here she is ready to turn 5 next month and start Kindergarten. I think that life just needs to slow down a little bit!

So here we are 4 years old and she has hit another milestone. No more training wheels for her!! She was so excited to finally be able to be like her big sisters and not need those things anymore!

Good Job, Lexi! I love you kid :)

The Big 9 Year Old

Some one had a BIRTHDAY!!!

Well because her bday was on a Sunday this year, we did her dinner out the night before. We went to Texas Roadhouse. She got to sit on the saddle and get sung Happy Birthday to. There was this man behind her that kept shaking the saddle so it felt like she was riding.

 Had to get a picture of the grandparents and the parents with the bday girl!

So for her birthday she got her own room with a new bed and a sorts of fun decorations!

After dinner, we decided to let her "open her present"

Grandma & Grandpa got her the bed, GG & Papa got her a cute picture collage to put all the pics of her with family and friends in, a big purple fluffy pillow and new shirts.

I stood inside while Makenna came in so I could catch her expression. I'm glad I did, I think she liked her new room!

Sunday morning we had chocolate chip pancakes with sprinkles for breakfast, she got the Happy Birthday plate of course!!

 She got to open a couple other presents also. An outfit and a picture of Christ to hang in her new room.
