Riverton Rodeo

Last Saturday night, June 27Th, we went to the Riverton Rodeo with Matt's mom. Matt's dad didn't really want to go, so he offered to watch and put Alexa down to bed while we went. It was so nice not to have to keep Alexa confined and to just relax and watch the rodeo with Makenna and Hannah. Thanks Grant for watching her for us, that was really great.

The rodeo was fun, and the girls LOVED it. At first they had sky divers coming down and landing in the arena. One of them was carrying the American Flag, so that was really neat. After it started, the girls had a great time. They didn't get bored at all, they just loved watching the cowboys and cowgirls on their horses. After two or three of the events, there was a Money Calf, where any kids ages 6-8 years old, were invited to come out into the big open arena and chase after the calf's that had money attached to them. Makenna went out and chased them, she didn't get any money, but it was fun. I was laughing so hard at all the kids, there were hundreds out there, running after the calf's. It was a pretty funny sight. Oh and she was out there in her flip flops.

It was lots of fun, when it was over, Makenna really wanted a cow girl hat, we didn't get her one, but she said that she really wants to be a cow girl for Halloween now.

I am not going to visit your site anymore until you change your High School musical music! The rodeo looked fun though.
